Organization Blueprint for Child Care

Organization can be a business owner's nightmare, but with this training you will gain a deeper understanding of how to organize the three million files, documents, and keep track of the endless list of due dates, expiration dates, and deadlines that goes into being a childcare owner or director or family childcare home provider. If you are interested in owning your own school this training will provide insight to what it takes to operate a successful preschool and will help you see all angles of owning a childcare.

Objectives:

1. Participates will gain a deeper appreciation for simplified organization

2. Participates will explore digitalization of records to go paperless

3. Participates will demonstrate understanding of upkeeping of children files, staff files, and school files

4. Participates will be exposure to three techniques to keeping up with due dates, expiration dates, and deadlines

5. Participates will become more confident in their organizational skills

What should you expect?

You should expect to learn in a comfortable and open environment. Our trainers are trained and certified. We love to use corny jokes and keep the mood light. We use a variety of resources to teach the lesson such as Videos, PowerPoint Presentation, Demonstrations, Panel Discussion, and Participation from the Audience. We will share our knowledge in a manner that support different types of learners. We provide take home materials and supportive links and tools. We do not share our PowerPoints as they are considered our intellectual property. We ask that you do not screenshot unless we give you permission to do so. This allows us to keep our presentations as our own and prevent others from duplicated our precious work.
